Ordering

How can I place an order on Kairaus?

To order at Kairaus, you can choose your preferred product from our wide range, and then click on 'Add to Cart.' You can proceed with checkout and follow the instructions on your screen to make the purchase.

What is the typical delivery time for all orders?

While the delivery timeframe typically ranges from 3-7 business days, it depends on the logistics network in your area, serviceability conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and will make every effort to expedite the process within the constraints of our shipping capabilities.

Can I make changes after ordering?

If you wish to change your order, prior to it being sent, then you can contact our support staff within 12 hours of ordering. It will not be possible to make any changes after that time due to processing schedule.

Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However we suggest, that you create an account, as it will enable you to track orders, save preferences, and have a more personalized shopping experience.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order gets confirmed, you will instantly receive an email, which will include your order number and other details related to your purchase.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Absolutely! You can choose the "Add Gift Wrap" option in your cart for the item you wish to wrap.

How can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. To monitor the progress of your shipment, simply click on the tracking link provided in the email. This will keep you informed every step of the way.

When will my order arrive?

After placing your order, you can check the estimated delivery date either through your account on our website or by reviewing the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Shipping

What are shipping fees and timeframes?

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders. There can be express shipment options at additional charges, as shown at the time of checking out.

Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are. Remote or high-demand locations may take longer.

Do you deliver internationally?

We are currently shipping orders only within India. We will soon expand our services to international locations in the near future.

What do I do if my package gets lost or is delayed?

In case your order does not get delivered within the estimated time frame, kindly contact our support staff with your order number. We will help track it or give you a replacement, if necessary.

Do you provide express shipping?

Yes, we do. You may reach out to our team and negotiate possible alternatives of express shipping.

Refund & Returns

What is your policy for returns?

We have a return policy for unused and undamaged products within 7 days from delivery. They must be in original packaging. Get in touch with us to organize a return.

How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and process your returned product, your refund will be completed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What do I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

We apologize! In case you get your item to be damaged or wrong when delivered, kindly contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will send you a speedy replacement for it.

Bulk Orders

Do you supply bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we supply bulk orders to interior designers, hospitality venues, gifting, and corporate needs. Please contact us with your needs for a tailored quote.

Do you have any discount if bought in bulk quantity?

Yes, we provide bulk order preferential rates depending upon the order size and product type. Contact us directly to schedule as per your requirements.

How long does bulk order fulfillment take?

Bulk orders may take longer to manufacture. We will provide an estimated delivery time at order confirmation based on product and quantity.

How do I initiate a bulk order inquiry?

You can contact us through our contact form or email us directly at customercare@kairaus.com, quoting the products, quantity, and timeframe. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Payments

How do you take payments?

All major debit/credit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and online wallets are accepted for ease of payments.

Will my shopping from Kairaus be secure?

It is indeed secure. Secure encryption technology along with reliable payment gateways used by us safeguards your personal as well as monetary details completely.

Is it possible for me to get COD?

Yes, we do provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. COD is available for certain pin codes and order amounts, and there may be extra charges. The option will be displayed at checkout if it's applicable for your area.

My payment failed. What should I do?

In case your payment failed to get processed, kindly check your bank/card status and try paying again. If the issue persists, then you may contact our customer care for assistance.
