International Shipping

International shipping charges, delivery timelines, and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your destination.

All the international shipping is in DDP.

Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities, other than those covered under the DDP terms, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Please share your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video for quick verification.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges (undamaged products) are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Kairaus does not offer monetary refunds.
For approved returns, you will receive a Kairaus Store Credit (Coupon Code) equivalent to the order value. This coupon can be used on your next purchase from our website.
Exchange
Eligible products can be exchanged for another size or product (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a Store Credit Coupon of the same value will be issued.
Store Credit Instead of Refunds
Kairaus does not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns.
Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will issue a Kairaus Store Credit (Coupon Code) equal to the value of the returned product.

The coupon code will be shared via your registered email.

It can be used toward your next purchase on Kairaus.

Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.

Unless otherwise specified, Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not entered processing or been dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support team with your Order Number.
We will coordinate with our shipping partner to investigate and provide the most appropriate resolution.
