Domestic Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping for all orders of any cart value or location to ship the items in India. We aim to deliver all orders as earliest as possible and usually it takes 5 to 7 business days for the shipments to receive by the customers. We apologize for the inconvenience if any shipment gets delayed beyond this standard time-frame but in some unavoidable situations of weather and road transportation, a delayed delivery of up to 3 days can be expected.

International Shipping:
We are delivering our items globally with help of international freight shipping partners. We ship all international orders with an extra shipping cost after the total order value including product price, taxes and duties as applicable in the country of order delivery. This shipping cost may vary according to the shipment measurements (weight and dimensions) and the destination.

Our standard international shipping time-frame is 7 to 10 business days but delays can be expected during unavoidable situations of weather and transportation, etc.

Product Understanding:
Our products at Kairaus.com with labyrinthine details, are neatly crafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique and made with followed by all quality standards but a slight difference between the product photographs and the actual product may occur.

On Returns and Exchange:

• Returned items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging if applicable.
  
• Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
• Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized items, and items marked as "final sale" are not returnable.
  
• Refunds shall be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, within a period of 5-7 business days from the date on which the refund request is duly raised by the customer and acknowledged by Kairaus. In the event that the refunded amount does not reflect in the customer’s account within the specified period, the customer is advised to first contact their respective financial institution, and if the issue remain unresolved, the customer may reach out to Kairaus's customer support for further assistance.

Damages:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, record a video of the unboxing immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person to document any damage. Ensure the video does not exceed 25 MB. Email the video to Kairaus's customer support team at customercare@kairaus.com. Only after submitting this video will the item be eligible for an exchange if found damaged.

Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order purchase and before the shipment of the order.

Note: Kairaus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the returned item is in saleable condition.
