Care Instructions

Our glass fruit serving bowls are dishwasher-safe. To hand wash, use a soft sponge and mild dish soap to clean the surface gently.
Refrain from using harsh scrubbers, steel wool, or abrasive cleaning agents.
The glass material is durable but can chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Handle your dessert bowl set with care to ensure longevity.
Do not expose the serving bowls to extreme temperature changes. Avoid placing them in the freezer or exposing them to open flames or direct stove-top heat.

Shipping, Return & Exchange

For Domestic Orders:
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1499. For orders under ₹1499, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges will vary based on the item's specifications and the destination.

Product Understanding:
Items with intricate and hand-painted details are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. As each piece is unique, slight variations between the photograph and the actual product may occur.

On Returns and Exchange:

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging if applicable.
Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized items, and items marked as "final sale" are not returnable.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or as Kairaus's store credit, depending on the user's preference, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the order.

Damages:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, record a video of the unboxing immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person to document any damage. Ensure the video does not exceed 25 MB. Email the video to Kairaus's customer support team at customercare@kairaus.com. Only after submitting this video will the item be eligible for an exchange if found damaged.

Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order purchase and before the shipment of the order.

Note: Kairaus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the returned item is in saleable condition.
